Bigg Boss 2026: Hindi 20 and four South editions premiere September 6

What JioStar confirmed today

In its September 4 announcement, JioStar said the 2026 Bigg Boss franchise spans six editions in six languages and has more than 95 sponsors. The official host lineup is Salman Khan for Hindi, Sourav Ganguly for Bangla, Vijay Sethupathi for Tamil, Nagarjuna for Telugu, Kiccha Sudeep for Kannada and Mohanlal for Malayalam.

What about Bigg Boss Bangla?

Bigg Boss Bangla 2026 already premiered on August 30 on Star Jalsha and JioHotstar, hosted by Sourav Ganguly. JioStar's current September 4 sponsor table labels the edition as Bigg Boss Bangla S1, so this site uses “Bigg Boss Bangla 2026” rather than presenting an unverified season number as official.
